Our two on-staff personal trainers, Kyle Hillborn and Wendy McBride, are ready to work you out and start getting you in the best shape of your life.

Wendy offers a great variety of fun classes that will get you moving and get your blood pumping. No matter what type of class you like, we’re sure that one of Wendy’s will meet your needs.

The legendary Pat Etcheberry, who trained world #1 players Pete Sampras, Jim Courier, Andre Aggasi, and Justine Henin (to name a few) has designed a tennis/fitness workout program that will guarantee improved cardio and strength condition and improve tennis movement.
