What features does the pickleball machine offer, and how does it enhance players' training and skill development?
Practicing pickleball by yourself can be a challenge — the machine is easy to operate and automatically feeds balls to the player, providing a simple way to practice shots and improve skills. You can work on different types of shots including dinks, volleys, groundstrokes, serve returns and so much more!
Could you provide information on pickleball machine rental fees in Columbus, including any hourly rates or package deals available?
Scarborough East Tennis Club offers flexible and affordable rates. Use our pickleball Ball machine for free when you pay court cost.
How far in advance do players need to book pickleball machine rental sessions, and what is the reservation process like?
The more notice you’re able to provide us, the better! But sessions can be booked as early as a week in advance, or as late as the same day depending on availability. To make your reservation, contact us at 614-868-5683 or scarborougheast@gmail.com.
Are there any additional charges or requirements associated with pickleball machine rentals, such as equipment maintenance or usage fees?
No. All charges are included in the standard court fee.
Can players receive training or guidance on how to use the pickleball machine effectively, either through instructional materials or staff assistance?
Using the pickleball machine is relatively simple, and quite user-friendly; there are many brands on the market, but the machine at Scarborough East is made by Lobster. Our front desk staff can provide full instructions, and are happy to help you get comfortable operating the machine for a safe, fun and helpful rental session!
Are there any restrictions or guidelines regarding the usage of the pickleball machine, such as age limits or skill level requirements?
Yes. All renters must be age 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult.
Beginner Pickleball Classes In Columbus
Never played pickleball? No problem! Learn the basics of pickleball with our pros, Anthony D’Andrea and Gerry Bennett, in four weeks starting in September.
$59 for 4 Group Lessons, once a week for 4 weeks, and you can bring a friend for free!
Classes start as soon as you sign up. If you are ever unable to attend a class, you may make up the class by coming to the following week or making in the other times listed.
